Everyone is required to bring 2 towels to use to dry off each pet. If your dog has any food allergies or sensitivities, please bring your own treats or toys to use for motivation. 

There aren't set appointments for drop offs. This is why all pets will be dropped off at 9am and picked up by 1pm. If you would like to stay in the parking lot or lobby, you are welcome to. I want to be able to focus the time on each individual pet and give them the service they deserve. I will text you when your pet is ready if you'd like to pick up earlier.
